Monticello of 42nd Street is now accepting applications for residence. To Apply, either stop by our leasing office between business hours Monday through Saturday or download a PDF version of the application to print, then fill out.

Our spacious units are priced at $525 for the standard model and $575 for the upgraded model. Upgrades include polished concrete floors, LCD televisions, new paint and upgraded decor.
